THAT Which Was from the Beginning

1 John 1:1 KJVS
“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;”

The Word of life was there from the beginning, and we see who the Word of life is in John Chapter 1.

John 1:1-5 KJVS
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] The same was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. [4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

The Word was with God and the Word was God and in Him was life, and life was the light of men.

1 John 1:2 KJVS
“(For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;)”

That life which is eternal was with God and was manifested in the flesh to many (John being one of the many) for the Word was made flesh and dwelt among them as it says in John Chapter 1 verse 14.

John 1:14 KJVS
“And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.”

Manifested unto them to show us eternal life through the living and breathing Word who is Jesus Christ.

1 John 1:3-5 KJVS
“That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. [4] And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. [5] This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.”

What we handle with our hands today and take into our hearts is the living and breathing Word which is our Heavenly Fathers scriptures. God is light through His Son Jesus Christ, and with our belief upon Him through His Son we have and will continue to have fellowship with each other who are called unto the fellowship with the Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. (see 1st Corinthians Chapter 1 verses 1-9).

Having already covered in a previous study who the fathers are during this final generation in which we are living in now, and who they will be during the Five-Month Long Hour of Temptation, we can understand as to why they will know Him that is from the beginning.

These individuals are spoken about in Daniel Chapter 11.

Let’s go to a couple verses in that great book of Daniel.

Daniel 11:31 KJVS
“And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate.”

Getting a correct timeframe here in Daniel Chapter 11 verse 31, we see that this polluting of the sanctuary of strength by Satan and his fallen angles (which will include ten supernatural kings) will transpire at the Sixth Trumpet which is the second woe that will come upon the earth in the middle of the five-month long hour of temptation. Satan as the antichrist, who is the abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel the prophet, will take away the daily sacrifice which is to say the third of the world’s population who are Christians love ( Hosea Chapter 6:6) for our Heavenly Father,  and direct it to him by deceiving the majority of Christians in  believing he is the true Christ ( 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2).

Daniel 11:32 KJVS
“And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits.”

However here in verse 32 we see that there will be those who know their God and shall be strong and do exploits which means they will work effectually by the power of the Holy Spirit during that time. These individuals are the church of Philadelphia that are written about in Revelation Chapter 3.

Revelation 3:7-13 KJVS
“And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; [8] I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. [9] Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. [10] Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. [11] Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. [12] Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. [13] He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

These letters to the churches in Revelation Chapters 1 through 3 are written to all seven and are in regard to the timeframe after Satan appears as the antichrist in Jerusalem at the sixth trumpet, and after the church of Philadelphia are delivered up to Satan for a testimony in which only the Holy Spirit can give (Mark Chapter 13 verses 9-11).

During the entire five-month long hour of temptation especially during the latter half of that five months, the church of Philadelphia (the final remnant of the 7000 Zadok) will maintain that which is within in them, that which is Holy and pure, and has been there from the beginning. By maintaining Gods truth within them when the world turns to Satan in the middle of that hour of temptation, they will then be persecuted and delivered up to Satan so the Holy Spirit can work effectually through them, thus pulling many out of his deception before the Seventh Trumpet sounds.

These individuals which I believe will be 232 of them, the church of Philadelphia, are the fathers that John was prophetically writing to in the first epistle of John Chapter 2.

1 John 2:13-14 KJVS
“I write unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I write unto you, young men, because ye have overcome the wicked one. I write unto you, little children, because ye have known the Father. [14] I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one.”

The fathers have known Him that is from the beginning, and in the beginning according to John Chapter 1 verses 1 through 5 was the Word and the Word was God. Jesus Christ is the Word and who was manifested in the flesh to many (John Chapter 1:14) and who manifests Himself to us today through the Holy Spirit and our Heavenly Fathers living and breathing Truth. This is the Word of His patience which means endurance and the final remnant which are the church of Philadelphia will keep that endurance by persevering all the way through the hour of temptation especially in the middle of that hour when most of Christianity will have lost the light of Christ and fall into Satan’s darkness.

John 1:4-5 KJVS
“In him was life; and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

The end.
