Romans Chapter One

Romans 1:1 KJVS
“Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God,”

Paul was called to be an Apostle separated unto the gospel, and in Acts Chapter 26 Paul told king Agrippa how and why he was called.

Acts 26:13-18 KJVS
“At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me. [14] And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. [15] And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. [16] But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; [17] Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, [18] To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.”

Paul was called and separated unto the gospel of Jesus Christ and sent to the gentiles.

Romans 1:2-3 KJVS
“(Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) [3] Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh;”

Jesus Christ was made of the seed of David according to the flesh as we can see in Luke Chapter 3 verses 23 through 31, and promised in many places throughout the Old Testament, Isaiah Chapter 42 being one of those places.

Isaiah 42:6-7 KJVS
“I the Lord have called thee in righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, for a light of the Gentiles; [7] To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from the prison, and them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.”

Romans 1:4 KJVS
“And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:”

Jesus Christ was declared to be the Son of God (Hebrews Chapter 2 verses 9 through 18,) with power according to the Spirit of Holiness by that great sacrifice that was made upon the cross, and through His resurrection from the dead, so that we all may be forgiven for our sins and obtain Eternal Life.

Romans 1:5 KJVS
“By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:”

For His Name, Jesus Christ, many who are called, like Paul, received and will receive grace and Apostleship (sent out) to spread our Heavenly Fathers Word, and have and will be obedient to the faith.

Paul and many others in this Second World Age have and will be called to carry forth our Heavenly Fathers gospel of good news which is Christ crucified. Paul was called and he was chosen (Acts Chapter 9 verses 15 and 16), so were the 7000 Elect.

Paul being one of the 7,000 Elect that were chosen in the First World Age whom God foreknew (Ephesians Chapter 1 verses 1 through 5, and later which we will cover Romans Chapter 1 verses 1 through 5,) received God’s grace in the world that was, and like the other Elect, he is predestined to be obedient to the faith in this Second World Age.

Romans 1:6 KJVS
“Among whom are ye also the called of Jesus Christ:”

Are you called?

Romans 1:7-9 KJVS
“To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. [8] First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world. [9] For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers;”

Gods Elect will always pray for the necessities for His ministry and will pray for others whom He has called (in which some of the called are His chosen).

We see this instruction to pray for those who are set aside in Ephesians Chapter 6.

Ephesians 6:18 KJVS
“Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”

Necessities in the Spirit, a need for understanding.

Romans 1:10-13 KJVS
“Making request, if by any means now at length I might have a prosperous journey by the will of God to come unto you. [11] For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; [12] That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me. [13] Now I would not have you ignorant, brethren, that oftentimes I purposed to come unto you, (but was let hitherto,) that I might have some fruit among you also, even as among other Gentiles.”

Gods called and chosen, like Paul are vessels of truth sent forth, being Ambassadors of the faith desiring only to go where our Heavenly Father will send them. The wind in their sails so to speak, should only be the wind from our Heavenly Fathers Holy Spirit.

And as we can see in verse 12 (not to overlook it by any case) it says to be comforted together with mutual faith. The comforter is Jesus Christ (Hebrews Chapter 4 verses 7 through 13) and He is the Word of God, and all who are called and chosen are and will remain comforted together by His Word, although they are sent forth in different directions for the faith.

Romans 1:14 KJVS
“I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise.”

Indebted to serve all which includes believers and non-believers, the wise and the foolish, for Gods called and chosen servants that are trustworthy are not debtors to the flesh (Romans Chapter 8 verses 12 through 14,) to live after the flesh, but are led to serve by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 1:15 KJVS
“So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.”

Like Paul they are ready and willing at any time to serve our Heavenly Father, waiting upon the Holy Spirit to guide them.

Romans 1:16 KJVS
“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.”

Those who are the natural branches (House of Israel) according to the flesh when born into this Second World Age, which is the Age of Salvation, must find Jesus Christ and believe upon Him (John Chapter 3:16 and 17). The flesh cannot save. Also, those who are not natural branches (of the House of Israel) according to the flesh must do the same.

After Jesus Christ died and resurrected all who will believe upon Him can become Israel according to the Spirit which is Eternal (Galatians Chapter 3 verses 26 through 29.)

Romans 1:17 KJVS
“For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.”

From the faith of one who believes to the faith of one who finds belief in Jesus Christ, the righteousness of God is revealed.

The just shall live by faith, and it is through His Word that we keep our faith (Romans Chapter 10 verses 12 through 18.)

Along with Gods righteousness that is revealed by faith, His Wrath is revealed from Heaven.

Romans 1:18 KJVS
“For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;”

The Wrath of God is revealed throughout our Heavenly Fathers Word, and it will be against all who will suppress His Truth in their unrighteousness which is their wickedness.

I believe this wickedness spoken about here in verse 18, that will suppress God’s Truth is looking forward to the worldwide darkness that will come from Satan’s deception when he appears as the man of sin in the Middle of the Five Month Long Hour of Temptation.

Romans 1:19-20 KJVS
“Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20)”For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”

Clearly seen through His Word, and it is by His Word that faith is kept; many Christians have an opportunity to understand His Word to know the difference between good and evil, Light and darkness. Having His Holy Word available to them, they are without excuse.

Romans 1:21 KJVS
“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”

Who is God?

John 1:1-5 KJVS
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] The same was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. [4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

Romans 1:22 KJVS
“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,”

Where is the wise?

1 Corinthians 1:20-24 KJVS
“Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? [21] For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. [22] For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: [23] But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; [24] But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.”

By the lack of glorifying God’s Truth that has been revealed to Christianity through the Holy Bible, many Christians who have found salvation through Jesus Christ are turning more to the wisdom of this world instead of going or staying with His Word.

In the next verse I believe we can see in prophetical sense when the foolish wisdom of the Third of the world who are Christians turns completely dark.

Romans 1:23 KJVS
“And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.”

At the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet which will happen in the middle of the Five Month Long Hour of Temptation, the Third of the Worlds population who are Christians will change the glory of our incorruptible God like unto a an image of a corruptible man, the man of sin spoken about in 2nd Thessalonians Chapter 2

2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 KJVS
“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, [2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. [3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; [4] Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”

The image of this corruptible man who is Satan along with the images of his Fallen Angels that will go forth throughout the entire world during the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet is spoken about here in Revelation Chapter 13, let’s have a look.

Revelation 13:11-18 KJVS
“And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. [12] And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. [13] And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men, [14] And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. [15] And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. [16] And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: [17] And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. [18] Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.”

Romans 1:24 KJVS
“Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:”

Satan’s darkness will fill the Third who are Christians minds in the middle of the Five Month Long Hour of Temptation at the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet, and his darkness will have them believing the appearance of the man of sin (Satan as the Antichrist) is the true Christ return.

This is the Great Apostacy.

Therefore because of this Great Apostasy (falling away), God will give the Third of the world’s population who are Christians up to the lust of their darkened hearts.

2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 KJVS
“Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, [10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. [11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:”

Because of the Third who are Christians not receiving the love of God’s Truth, God shall send them a strong delusion that they should believe a lie, the lie that Satan is the Lord Jesus Christ return (Claiming to be what he is not.)

Also, in verse 24 in Romans Chapter 1, we see that the Third who are Christians at and during the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet will dishonor their own bodies between themselves (we must understand this in a spiritual sense), they will do this spiritually by leaving the body of Christ and becoming one with each other in Satan’s deception.

Romans 1:25 KJVS
“Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”

At the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet the Third who are Christians will change the Truth of God into a lie in their foreheads and with darkened hearts, they will serve and worship one who was created by God.

Ezekiel 28:12-13 KJVS
“Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord God ; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. [13] Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.”

Yes, as we can see in Ezekiel Chapter 28 verse 13 Satan was created by God and that creation was never meant to be worshipped or served.

Satan is that wanna be king who will appear as the false prince, the image of jealousy spoken about also Ezekiel Chapter 28 verses1 through 11, (read it for yourself).

Moving on

Romans 1:26 KJVS
“”For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature “

Unfortunately, those women (spiritually speaking) which are the Third who are Christians, will cease being a virgin Bride to Christ and will become a harlot (Revelation Chapter 17 verses 1 through 5) to Satan when the Sixth angel sounds.

Romans 1:27 KJVS
[27] And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.

The Third will leave their spiritual lives which is true Israel (the woman), and will become lovers of themselves, working that which is unseemly.

2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJVS
[1] “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. [2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; [5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Having a form of godliness, however it isn’t from our God.

Romans 1:28 KJVS
“And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;”

By not retaining God’s Truth in which faith is kept, the Light which is Christ in the Third who are Christian at the Woe of the Sixth Trumpet will cease to shine, and that which will appear to be Holy will be Satan’s darkness they will spread to the rest of the world who are the non- Christians (2/3rds.) (Revelation Chapter 17 verses 1 and 2, also Revelation Chapter 18 verse 3.)

Romans 1:29-31 KJVS
“Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, [30] Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [31] Without understanding,
covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:”

Romans 1:32 KJVS
“Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”

Again the Third who are Christians at the Woe of the Sixth trumpet will cease shinning the Light of Jesus Christ and will instead share the darkness of satan’s deception with the rest of the world who are non-Christians (2/3rds).

They will all become one, as the fourth part of the earth (Revelation Chapter 6 verse 8) in doing the same, that is worshipping Satan, the man of Sin, who will claim he is Jesus Christ at the Woe of the Sixth trumpet. However with the judgment of God being made readily available through His Holy scriptures, the Third will be without excuse.
